Terms of service of FortunaLab: rules for accessing SuperEnalotto statistical tools, independence statement and responsible gaming warnings.

1. Purpose & Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the FortunaLab website (hereinafter "the Website"), operated by Swiss Core Tech Sàrl (hereinafter "the Publisher"). The Website is an independent statistical information service dedicated to the Italian SuperEnalotto lottery. Access to basic statistics, draw archives, and analytical tools is free of charge; the Website also offers paid Fortuna AI credits as detailed in the "Services Offered" section. The Website does not sell lottery tickets, does not accept bets, and is not a gambling operator.

SuperEnalotto is a national Italian lottery operated by Sisal under the supervision of the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli. The game consists of picking 6 numbers from 1 to 90, supplemented by the Jolly (bonus number) and the SuperStar (optional add-on introduced in 2006). It offers six base prize tiers and eight SuperStar categories. The cost is €1.00 per line, plus €0.50 for the SuperStar option. The jackpot (Tier 1) is a lump-sum cash prize paid in a single payment, not an annuity. Draws are conducted in Rome under Italian law, and participation is strictly limited to individuals of legal age (18+).

Italian tax law governs SuperEnalotto winnings: statutory tax withholdings are deducted directly at the source by the concessionaire in accordance with Italian legislation. FortunaLab does not provide legal or tax advice.

3. Website Access & Availability

The Website is accessible free of charge to any adult with an Internet connection. Draw results are updated promptly following each SuperEnalotto draw (held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 PM Rome time). Access may occasionally be suspended for routine maintenance, server upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Publisher's control, without liability to the Publisher.

5. No Guarantee of Winnings (Disclaimer)

Chance governs all lottery draws. Every SuperEnalotto draw is an independent, random event: no system, algorithm, generator, or statistical analysis can predict future winning numbers or guarantee a prize. Past draw statistics are purely descriptive of historical outcomes.

Wagering is strictly regulated: official participation takes place exclusively at authorized Italian tobacconists (ricevitorie) or licensed online platforms in compliance with Sisal rules and Italian regulations.

All content, algorithmic structures, visual design, text, and code are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Swiss Core Tech Sàrl. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, or automated scraping without express written permission is strictly prohibited. Short citations are permitted provided proper attribution and a hyperlink to FortunaLab are included.

SuperEnalotto and Sisal are registered trademarks of their respective owners. FortunaLab is an independent platform and is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with Sisal.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Publisher makes diligent efforts to verify the accuracy of draw information (derived from official Sisal archives) but does not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Publisher shall not be held liable for:

  • Decisions or wagers made on the basis of data, analyses, or tools provided on the Website;
  • Temporary technical downtime or service disruptions;
  • Content and practices of external third-party websites linked from FortunaLab.
